It is our belief that “Knowledge & Action = Success.” This educational program will provide each student preparing for the Central Service certification exam with an experience that will enlighten the true sprite of knowledge from within. The Knowledge & Action = Success, Inc. The Central Service Certification Training Program is designed to provide each student with the information and tools needed to successfully pass the Central Service certification exam by focusing on the main subjects on the exam. This program has proven to be FUN – ENJOYABLE – and INSPIRATIONAL. This program allows each student to understand the material in its simplest form. Over the pass ten years hundreds of students have completed the Knowledge & Acton = Success, Inc. certification training program, and successfully passed the Central Service certification exam with ease.

Founder/Director, Lamont Holliday, of Knowledge & Action = Success, Inc. earned his AS degree at Suffolk Community College, his BS degree at the University of the State of New York at Albany, and his MS degree at Iona College. His teaching experience spans over ten years as an IAHCSMM Instructor, Adjunct Professor at St. Francis College, and Instructor for the Central Service Technician certification training program at LaGuardia College. His 20 plus years of practical and management experience serves him well in the classroom and is illustrated by the success of all the students that have completed this program.
